Wow! I am on a roll with food experiments. I am a total fiend for creamy food and of course this is summer, ice cream time, so I just made ice cream sandwiches using an adaptation (vanilla extract instead of pods and no lavender) of this coconut milk ice cream recipe and this vegan flourless chocolate cake recipe. This first effort was not picturesque enough to post here, but the yumminess means I will definitely be trying again, and hope to have something postable soon.
